Digital Call Recording for the Desktop Computer
RecordNow! is a low-cost, easy-to-use, stand-alone software application that connects your telephone handset / headset to your PC's sound card and records conversations digitally.
· Record Verification Calls - When the dollar amount is large or the customer concentration is high. Should also be used when the A/R has potential offsets.
· Record Collection Calls - Relating to the above referenced situations.
· Record Work-out Conversations - Do not rely on "your word against the Client's" when going to court.

The application can be implemented in a multitude of configurations to achieve On-Demand recording, 100% Call Logging or Unattended scheduled recording. Media Files are saved to standard Windows WAV format for easy playback and distribution. Installation: An audio adapter is plugged “In-Line” to the telephone handset / headset, as seen in the diagram below. The audio is then feed to the PC via the Line Input or Microphone Input jack on the sound card. Clikc Here For Complete Installation Guide 
Recording: By connecting the audio adapter to the telephone and the PC, we bring both sides of the telephone conversation to the sound card. This audio is then digitally recorded from the sound card and saved as a standard Windows .WAV file at a rate of 100K per minute. 10 minutes of
recording is only 1 megabyte so files can easily be emailed or stored for months or even years.
Playback: RecordNow! standard .WAV files can be played with any Free WAV player, the most popular are:
• Windows Sound Recorder • Windows Media Player • Real Player Basic
Implementations: RecordNow! offers a variety of methods to start and stop recording and therefore can be implemented in many different ways. Such methods include:
Click to Record – (On-Demand Recording) Simply click the RecordNow! icon and recording will start. When done, click again and recording will stop. The quintessential toggle switch.
Record at Boot - (100% Call Logging) Configure RecordNow! to start recording, or listening for voice activation, when the PC boots and you’ll have a call logger. Don’t miss another call.
Schedule & Record - (Unattended Recording) Configure RecordNow! to start recording when the application is launched. Couple this with the power of the Windows scheduler and you have unattended scheduled recordings.
Stop & Save - (Save Every [n] Minutes) Automatically save recordings at given intervals. This ensures files of a particular length and size. A powerful feature when combined with any of the above recording methods.
