Current offerings include:

1. Factoring Participations with no more than 50% outside investment and full risk sharing (you manage the account).
2. Factoring Participations with up to 75% outside investment and 'first-out' risk mitigant for investor (you manage the account). The cost of this will be higher than #1 above.
3. Factoring Participations with 100% funding of "your" accounts (funding source manages the account). You take all risk and keep all revenue less their fee for money and servicing. This offers maximum leverage and will, therefore, cost more than #2 above.
4. Factoring Participation on a Specific Account due to high Client or Customer Concentration. These will, many times, be funded by another Factor with full rate and risk being shared.

All of these funding sources allow you to leverage your equity base and stretch your growth capabilities. Some of these firms were set up for the sole purpose of buying Factoring Participations – also called syndicated loans. Syndicated loans target either unique situations or firms in different stages of maturity and financial condition.
